- Shinichi Sakurai - At the beginning, Tsuki had an impression that Sakurai is a "scary guy", but later Sakurai proved to her that he can be focused and responsible. Especially when he decided to take the cooking lessons from her. When Tsuki's cats jumped onto her lap while talking with Sakurai, she noticed him staring downwards at her. While he was actually looking at the cat, she was convinced he was staring at her breasts and got the idea that he was ogling her breasts. Later on, Tsuki visited the Cafe Hana is working in. After having a chat with Mr. Asai and Ami Asai, Tsuki was about to leave but then she overheard Hana and Sakurai talking about whether he likes "Mature Adults". Sakurai replied with a yes and said "That would be my preference, yeah." Now Tsuki is convinced that Sakurai is after her. Although Hana and Sakurai weren't talking about actual people but rather Coffee beans... So all that leads to Tsuki misunderstanding the situation. Tsuki became even more worried when she found out, that Yanagi had met Sakurai at Hana's place of work. Because of Yanagi's plan to bring Sakurai and Hana together, which was told to Tsuki, the mother became very worried and decided that Yanagi can be Sakurai's target as well.
- Hana Uzaki - Unlike Hana, who is a light-hearted girl, Tsuki is a very protective mother, so she often has to "supervise" the meetings of Sakurai and Hana, where she gets a lot of false conclusions concerning the stage of their closeness, leading to her general misunderstanding of the situation. Tsuki often helps Hana to make presents for Sakurai and occasionally gets in touch with Ami Asai and her father, to ask them if Shinichi and Hana get along well.
- Fujio Uzaki - being Tsuki's husband, Fujio likes flirting with his wife (frequently with lusty moves on her) in front of their children, which makes her often feel awkward. In general, they are on the good terms, despite the fact that Fujio's overprotectiveness of Hana often irritates Tsuki, as she tries to bring Hana and Shinichi together as soon as possible and Fujio's overprotectiveness usually prevents her (Tsuki) from doing so.
- Yanagi Uzaki - Tsuki often likes scolding her youngest daughter for playing video games too much ad worries about her, when she tries to discover more about Hana and Shinichi's relationship, mistakenly presuming that Sakurai is after her (Tsuki) and both of her daughters.
- Kiri Uzaki - Similarly to other her children, Tsuki often inspects the state of Kiri's discipline at school and reminds him of his obligation to maintain his grades on a decent level.
