Summary[]

At the cafe, Shinichi is informed by Mr. Asai that he and his daughter Ami will be taking a hot spring vacation over Golden Week. They suggest that Shinichi take a holiday somewhere to enjoy himself, however, he decides to stay home and play video games for 72 straight hours. At that moment a rhythmic doorbell ringing and knocking are heard at his door and not to his surprise whatsoever, it's Hana. The reason for her visit is because she figured that he'd be home playing video games and asks if he wants to play Doramon Go. Due to it being a major holiday, there's a special event going on in the game and Hana invites him to join her. Having the game himself, Shinichi is coaxed into playing too. Outside, Hana notes that he has a scary look on his face after she shows him a cat that she spotted in her game. Noting that his eyes hurt while looking at the screen, so Hana decides that they should get Shinichi some glasses. It's at the glasses store they run into Ami who is informed of Shinichi's 3-day videogame seclusion. Hana then decides that Ami can help them look for a perfect pair of glasses for Shinichi to wear. Shinichi then tries on a bunch of different kinds of glasses a few of which amuse Hana and Ami. When Hana tries on a pair of glasses and asks for Shinichi's opinion his tepid comments triggers her.

Taking a train ride home, the two talk about their disdain on the other's actions in the glasses store. Soon, the train becomes crowded with people causing the two to get pressed up against each other. To keep his cool, Shinichi tries to picture tranquil settings, but Hana grows concerned by Shinichi's display. When it was time for them to get off on their stop, Shinichi fails to get off due to being in too calm of a state. Afterward, in the late afternoon, Shinichi finally gets off at a train stop in the boonies and when he checks his cellphone, he sees that Hana called him several times.

Mr. Asai learns from Shinichi about his excursion with Hana during Golden Week and tries his best to not laugh. Furthermore, he internally comments on how Shinichi can turn off his conscious on or off at his will. Ami then chimes in and suggests that Shinichi make it up with Hana. So, the following day at college Shinichi approaches Hana who is seen sleeping on one of the benches. She's depressed over the fact that there's no holidays in June which irks Shinichi. Furthermore, the rainy weather dampens her morose mood even further. Therefore, Shinichi suggests they hang out next weekend, which, astounds Hana. When asked what they should do, Hana suggests they do an outing involving trains, however, Shinichi disapproves of that suggestion. Ultimately it's decided the two should hang out with each other at Shinichi's apartment. On the day of the hangout, Hana gets soaked from the heavy downpour that day. Hana then takes a shower in Shinichi's bathroom and for the time being wears, Shinichi's clothing. She then gives Shinichi an old pot of hers so that he has decent cookware in his house. As some beef curry is made, the two play a game called Meowcraft together. Afterward, Shinichi walks Hana home to the train station, but they have to walk back to his apartment as she forgot her pass there.
